your poems are excellent. in fact, i just broke up with my boyfriend two days ago and sometimes i still really miss him, some of what you wrote put a lump in my throat it was really good

OMG... when you commented on my poems I had believed that I had commented on all you stories... and I only commented on one *looks shamefully at feet* So out of my courtesy and my principles here at Elfwood, I returned the favor. There. *satisfied smile* I do believe I have read and made a comment on everything. You are quite the romantic, which is nice to see. You have an amazing talent with words, and very able to paint a beautiful image. Fantastic! *steals a bit of talent*

One thing that struck me sometimes though, is that your rhyme scheme seemed somewhat forced at times. I went through that myself, and I found that it limited my words, and it prevented me from writing down what I actually meant. Try a freestyle poem, and see how that feels.
